Hello Lovely's! I hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday with your family & friends. Today is a grey sleepy kinda of day here in Ontario, Canada but that isn't stopping me & momma from knitting up a storm! But for now though I thought I would take some time out to share one of my latest creations with you all. I completed this knitted slouch the other day and am very pleased with how it came out. The pattern is the Seed Slouch Hat- by Devon Johnson. For this beautiful hat I used Knit Picks Chroma Worsted in the colour way: Atlantis. For anyone who is looking for a simple but beautiful hat then I would totally recommend this pattern. It works up really fast because of the bigger needle size... this one took me 6 hours of straight thought knitting to complete... very fast! Before I end this post I have to share a fellow knitters page & current group with you. Olivia Bennett is a fellow Youtuber and friend that does some very gorgeous work... you must check her channel out! Olivia is currently doing a Christmas CAL & KAL which runs from September, 13, 2013 to December, 24, 2013. If you will be knitting or crocheting gifts for the upcoming holiday's & would like to take part & share your works then I would highly recommend you join this group! Along with posting your Christmas projects you are also entering your self into Olivia's giveaway. You can find the video with all details on Olivia's channel. Olivia is also including 3 extra entries for anyone who completes the monthly CAL or KAL. The Seed Slouch is September's KAL :) It's time to get back to crafting for now. I hope you all will check out the pattern as well as Olivia's wonderful channel & group. If you have any questions feel free to comment or leave us a message at sweetcomfortdesigns@gmail.com Have yourselves a great Sunday & be good to yourselves. Bobbie & Elda M.
